The physical tests for the recruitment of DSPs shall be held on 
		7th & 8th May 2012 at the Government College of Physical Education, Patiala.

		Each eligible candidate has been allotted a chest number,
		which may be seen by Clicking on Group links placed below 
		and the candidates are required to report
		at the appropriate time and date as per their chest numbers.  

		The candidates have been divided into four groups for the conduct of physical

		The candidates are advised to make themselves familiar with the physical test 
		and should be dressed in suitable clothing which does not interfere with the
		physical activities to be undertaken during the test.  Good running foot wear 
		is also recommended.

		Qualifying in the physical test is mandatory as per the 
		Punjab Police Service Rules 1959 as amended in 2009.  
		Any candidate who does not appear for the physical test 
		or fails to qualify the tests shall not be considered for the post of DSP.

		No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing the physical tests. 
		They are required to make their own lodging and boarding arrangements, if required.
